The Cats were the only Big Ten team not to have a player drafted, but several have signed free agent contracts or been invited to try out.

Henning - Dolphins
Lang - Seattle
Azema - Giants
Gordon - Bears

Mueller has received tryout invitations from Green Bay and Washington.
Wrather has received tryout invitation from Washington.

I forgot which player said it years ago that anything 5 round and later it is better to be undrafted as you might get a choice between multiple teams. Drafted in the later rounds means you are locked into a franchise yet aren’t a high enough prospect to guarantee you will make the roster.
