The Fox crew kept saying that Northwestern was in the hunt for the prized double-bye in the conference tournament.
If Northwestern winds up as a bubble team, would a double-bye be better than an extra game to win? Then again, to stay in 4th place they’d probably have to win enough games that they wouldn’t be a bubble team.
