Timing is good for Smith.
New prez coming in.
Lot’s of turmoil and uncertainty.
He is also getting out of town before he has to explain any hazing allegations at OSU.
You can bet that the new AD and the new Prez will conduct a thorough internal hazing investigation and make every attempt to get ahead of any allegation that OSU ignored anything.
Good time to be in the internal investigation business.
