Last year all 4 of the teams with a round 1 bye in the football playoffs lost. This year I think 3 out of 4 lost.
3 out of 4 teams with a triple-bye in the Big Ten men’s basketball tournament lost yesterday, and Michigan wasn’t exactly blowing Ohio State out at the end.
Maybe these bye schedules aren’t so great after all?
