Two ESPN stories on NCAA targeting penalties today.
The first one notes that targeting calls are down since 2020.
The second one discussed a proposed move to lessen targeting ejections in the second half to just the remainder of that game.
Doesn’t it seem like that’s likely to reverse the trend noted in article 1?
