I didn’t see anything on BTN about a spring game for Northwestern, though they had reports on others (Iowa, MN, Nebraska, Purdue, etc), was there any kind of open practice to wrap up the spring on Saturday?

No, I think there was only a closed final practice; no spring “game” or open practice. And it didn’t even make the BTN’s list of open or closed practices. At least that’s what I read on Twitter.
